Standard Operating Terms
Effective Registry Version 2024.1
1. Registry Enrollment
All travel bookings are treated as formal registry enrollments. A signature on the digital or physical itinerary implies acceptance of these institutional terms. Minimum 30% advance deposit is required to initiate the registry process.
2. Cancellation & Liquidation
Cancellation requests must be submitted via the corporate hotline or official email. Institutional liquidation fees apply: 25% of total value if cancelled 30+ days prior, 50% for 15-30 days, and 100% within 14 days of departure.
3. Documentation & Verification
Travelers are responsible for maintaining valid identification (Passport, Visa, Aadhaar) as required by local or international law. Jimmy Tours & Travels acts as a facilitator and is not liable for regulatory entry denials.
4. Service Modifications
While we strive for absolute precision, we reserve the right to modify registries due to logistical necessity, safety protocols, or force majeure. Equivalent or superior alternatives will always be prioritized.
5. Liability & Governance
All disputes are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction. Our liability is limited to the value of the registry deposit. External service providers (airlines, hotels) maintain their own independent terms.
